Purposes for which we collect your data
The personal data that we collect will be used for the following purposes:
- To send you our e-bulletin, if you have signed up to receive it.
- To provide you with any other important news and updates that we feel you would wish to know.
- Recording instances of anti-social behaviour. Through the form on the website, reports of anti-social behaviour will be sent directly to the agencies that users identify. The data will also be retained on the website server. This is so there is statistical data on the number of instances being reported. This statistical data can then be referenced at meetings and on the CB1 Community website. Please note: the statistical data will be anonymised so any names and contact details are not shown.
- To enable our Marketing Department to understand our residents and audience better. They may contact you by post, email or telephone to ask you for feedback and comments, or perhaps complete a survey.
We may also provide your information to carefully selected third parties whose products or services we believe may be of interest to you. You may be contacted by them directly. If you do not wish us to disclose this information, please contact us.

Our legal basis for processing your data

By providing your data you are consenting to us using it and storing it until you tell us otherwise. Your right to withdraw consent is contained in Article 7 of the GDPR. You can withdraw consent by unsubscribing from any email we send you, or you can complete our contact form asking us to delete your data or by emailing us via firstname.lastname@example.org (please ask for a ‘Read receipt’).
