The population of CB1 consists of owner-occupier and tenant residents, and a large number of student residents. All live in brand-new or refurbished buildings centred emanating from the green space of Mill Park. Owner-occupiers and tenants live in the Ceres and Vesta apartments and also Spillers Mill (also known as Fosters Mill). In 2020, another 89 luxury apartments will be completed at Three & Four Station Square.
The student population lives in the apartments in Warren Close, Aston House, Bragg House, Telford, The Brunel, Crick House, and Railyard on Station Place. Please view the Interactive Map which shows all the buildings and their management companies.
Residents in CB1 enjoy life at the heart of a modern community with everything they need at their doorstep in terms of shops, restaurants and cafés.
The CB1 Community initiative is part of the engagement work being done on the CB1 Estate to bolster community on the estate and to support groups in the community.
