Over lockdown and throughout the Coronavirus pandemic, activities such as workouts and yoga have had huge take-up to help people relax in these uncertain times.
As part of this, we have worked with a local yoga teacher to produce some yoga tutorials. Local yoga teacher, Emily Leslie has put together a series of 5 yoga tutorials and exercises for people to use when practising yoga at home. These are for different levels of ability from beginner upwards.
These follow yoga classes we had at the CB1 Community Room earlier in the year and we hope these tutorials are useful in relaxing in these times. The videos are here:
