The Let’s Get Moving project in Cambridge is running a free 8 week online fitness course starting on Monday 5th October.
Let’s Get Moving Cambridge is offering a new and free opportunity to get active from the comfort of your own home with their ‘Return to Fitness’ programme. This starts on Monday 5th October and will run for 8 weeks until Sunday 29th November.
This is suitable for adults aged 18 and above looking to get more active. Participants will receive a new video workout each week to complete when it suits you and they will provide lots of lifestyle tips and challenges along the way. Each video workout will be provided by a local Cambridge-based Fitness Instructor and the workouts include:
- Strength and Stability,
- Strictly Dance,
- Core and Whole Body Workout.
