CB1 Community is a website for those who live, work and play in the Station Road area of Cambridge.

Its purpose is to help you find key information such as how to report an issue relating to your building, find services in the area, and what’s happening in CB1. We want it to help bring us together as a community.

The CB1 Estate is a mixed-use environment with around 4,500 employees and residents spread across 35 acres. This creates a challenge to ensure everyone is kept up-to-date on news and events for the area. CB1 Community has been set up to continue building the sense of community and cohesion for all those living, working and enjoying this transformed district of Cambridge. These are exciting times. The development is around 70% complete, and has already transformed disused railway sidings into a vibrant community with state-of-the-art workplaces, homes, open spaces, shops and restaurants, but there’s much more to come, so stay tuned for updates as they happen.
