CB1 Community is a website for those who live, work and play in the Station Road area of Cambridge.

Its purpose is to help you find key information such as how to report an issue relating to your building, find services in the area, and what’s happening in CB1. We want it to help bring us together as a community.

The CB1 Estate is a mixed-use environment with around 4,500 employees and residents spread across 35 acres. This creates a challenge to ensure everyone is kept up-to-date on news and events for the area. CB1 Community has been set up to continue building the sense of community and cohesion for all those living, working and enjoying this transformed district of Cambridge. These are exciting times. The development is around 70% complete, and has already transformed disused railway sidings into a vibrant community with state-of-the-art workplaces, homes, open spaces, shops and restaurants, but there’s much more to come, so stay tuned for updates as they happen.

Finding management contact info for your building

Below is an Interactive Map – just hover your mouse over any building to find key contact information. You can use this information for reporting various things and you can view further guidance on reporting on our dedicated Interactive Map page.

Guidance

  • Each building has the name of the management company responsible for it, a 24hr phone number, and an email address.
  • If your issue is urgent (e.g. a flood or an immediate security issue), please call the phone number.
  • If the issue is to do with anti-social behaviour, we’d suggest visiting our anti-social behaviour page first to help gauge who you need to contact. You can also report ASB direct with our ASB reporting form.
  • Remember – if there is an emergency such as a crime in progress, a fire or urgent medical attention is required, call 999. If you smell gas and suspect a leak, call 0800 111 999.
